Silk Road Development (SRD) is a non-profit organization based in the USA. Silk Road Development sponsors volunteer teams that provide training and development for groups and individuals to Afghanistan. In addition, different types of humanitarian aid for the Afghan people are a priority for Silk Road Development as we desire to inspire hope in the hearts of Afghans. Our Purpose

Silk Road Development's purpose is to assist Afghans in making transformational changes for their country through training and development of individuals in all spheres of influence, which include arts, business, education, family, government, media and medical. Our intention is to aid in building capacity which will renew hope within the hearts of all Afghans. 

Silk Road is committed to serving the underserved and to building lasting relationships with our Afghan friends and brothers. We are continuing to seek ways to make a difference in the lives of Afghans and in the development of the country.
